Crimping tools for non-isolated contact pins
- Standards: Non-isolated contact pin according to DIN 46247.
- Head shape: B-crimp, radial pressing. Conducting and isolating crimp are carried out in one work step.
- Design: Crimp profile: Contact width 6.3 / 9.5 mm Profile 1. 0.25 - 0.5 mm² / AWG 22 - 20 / F 6.3 + 9.5 Profile 2. 0.5 - 1.0 mm² / AWG 20 - 16 / F 6.3 + 9.5 Profile 3. 1.5 - 2.5 mm²/ AWG 16 - 14 / F 6.3 + 9.5 Profile 4. 4.0 - 6.0 mm² / AWG 12 - 10 / F 6.3 + 9.5 Delockable force lock for ensuring complete crimping process; required crimp pressure is factory set. Ergonomically formed soft handle with slip protection for especially comfortable handling.
- Material: Of high-tensile special steel. Parts subject to extreme loading are specially hardened and tempered.
- Application: For processing of non-isolated contact pins and contact pin sleeves for standardised, solderless electrical connections.
